At CUMAC/ECHO, we believe that fighting hunger means addressing everything that surrounds it. Our Full Loop model connects families in Paterson and Passaic County with fresh food, health support, and the services they need to build stable, self-sufficient lives.
Through our Choice Marketplace, guests select fresh, culturally responsive groceries at no cost, restoring dignity and choice to the food access experience for 7,000 individuals each month. Our Collaboratory brings partner organizations directly into our facility, providing families with access to benefits enrollment, financial counseling, housing support, legal assistance, and health screenings, all under one roof. Our Benefits Navigation team guides guests through the complex process of applying for and maintaining programs such as SNAP, Medicaid, and LIHEAP because 100 percent of the families we serve qualify for support they may not yet be receiving.
