CUMAC's Annual School Supply Drive
Every summer CUMAC collects and distributes backpacks and school supplies to local children in need just in time for the new school year. With your support, donations allow us to reach hundreds of students in our community. Want to help? During the months of July and August, groups and individuals can drop off school supply donations for CUMAC during regular business hours. Our staff provides a list of school items to ensure that students get exactly what they need to start the school year right. Make a donation or help spread the word about this year's collection online and in person.
This year we’re asking supporters to please keep students in every grade level in mind. CUMAC serves kids of all ages, but we are often short on supplies suitable for middle school and high school students. By donating supplies for different ages groups, you can ensure that we're able to serve all who come our way, regardless of their grade level.
How You Can Help
Each individual, family or group who wishes to participate should reference our school supply drive list when purchasing items. While all supplies are appreciated, our greatest need is backpacks.
Donations of school supplies can be dropped off at CUMAC during regular business hours. New backpacks and supplies only, please. Pick-ups from a CUMAC driver can also be requested, but are subject to availability. See our hours of operation for more information.
*School supplies must be delivered to CUMAC by Thursday, August 16.
